1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any THT Axis plugin (“Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. These terms are between you (“Customer”) and THT Axis (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating under THTAXIS.

2. Licence Grant

Upon purchase, THT Axis grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on the number of WordPress installations specified by your licence tier:

  • Starter — single site
  • Pro — single site
  • Agency — up to 10 sites
  • Individual plugin licences — single site unless otherwise stated

This licence is perpetual for the version purchased. Continued access to updates and support requires an active support period.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicence, or transfer the Software to any third party
  • Use the Software on more sites than your licence permits
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Use the Software to develop a competing product

4. Anthropic API Usage

Certain plugins (including AxisAdvisor and AxisSurveys) use the Anthropic Claude API to provide AI-powered features. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining your own Anthropic API key
  • All API usage costs billed directly by Anthropic
  • Compliance with Anthropic’s usage policies
  • Setting appropriate spend limits in your Anthropic Console

THT Axis is not responsible for API costs, outages, or changes to Anthropic’s services or pricing.

5. Support and Updates

All licences include access to plugin updates and email support for the period specified at purchase (6 or 12 months). After this period, the Software continues to function but updates and support are no longer included unless renewed.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of THT Axis. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. THT Axis does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all WordPress environments, themes, or plugins.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THT Axis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant licence.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, we offer a 14-day refund if the Software cannot be made to work in your environment and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
